3.1 Overall solution of WCN
Four-layer unified workflow: node network + AI Agent + PoB + settlement layer, and why existing solutions cannot be replaced.
Updated
3.1 · Overall solution
Instead of adding another tool, we organize resources, execution, certification and settlement into the same system.
The core contradiction of Web3 is not the lack of participants, but the inability of participants to collaborate within the same set of rules. WCN's solution is to put resource organization, task execution, result verification and value settlement into a continuous workflow - not to make more connections, but to rebuild the underlying structure of collaboration.
Key differencesEnd-to-end closed loop rather than single point of connection
Benchmarking ideasWhat Bloomberg Terminal is to TradFi = WCN is to Web3 BD
The overall solution of WCN is to gather the fragmented collaboration that was originally scattered in Telegram, Email, Google Docs, and multi-signature wallets into a unified system with identity, process, evidence, and settlement.
Why existing solutions don’t solve the problem
Before entering into WCN’s solution, let’s look at “how the industry works” now: A typical Web3 cross-border deal—for example, a Southeast Asian DeFi project looking for Middle Eastern capital—involves 6-10 roles such as the project party, FA, local BD, legal affairs, KOL, and market maker. Their collaboration toolchain today is:
Telegram group chat → Google Docs sharing → Email follow-up → Offline meeting → Multi-signature wallet payment → Announcement in WeChat group
The problem with this chain is not low efficiency, but a systemic lack:
DAO toolsSnapshot, Tally, etc. solve on-chain voting, but do not solve deal promotion, task allocation and contribution attribution. DAO governance and business execution are two completely different issues.
Matchmaking platformTokenTerminal, RootData, etc. provide data and lists, but they stop at "introduction". Subsequent execution, verification, and settlement all occur outside the platform and cannot be traced.
AI chat toolChatGPT and Perplexity can do research, but the output does not enter any formal workflow. No permission boundaries, no logs, no attribution, no billing eligibility.
CRM/Project ManagementNotion, Airtable, and HubSpot can manage processes, but do not understand Web3's multi-party collaboration, cross-border settlement, and contribution certification requirements.
What the industry really lacks is not a better tool, but a set of collaborative infrastructure that can put all roles, all actions, and all results into the same system. TradFi has Bloomberg + Pitchbook + DealCloud covering the entire link from data to execution to settlement; Web3 has no equivalent so far.
WCN’s four-layer solution
WCN’s answer is a four-layer unified architecture - not a bricolage of functions, but a continuous workflow from resources to settlement:
The first layer: node networkOrganize project parties, capital parties, service providers, media, and regional resources into global multi-level nodes. Each node has a clear position, responsibility and authority. The node is not a fan - it is a collaborative unit that has resources, can advance, and is responsible.
Second layer: AI Agent executionAgent is not a chatbot, but an execution layer that enters the formal task flow. The Research Agent does project screening, the Matching Agent does resource matching, and the Growth Agent does growth distribution - each Agent has permission boundaries, output logs, and attribution records.
The third level: Proof of BusinessPoB is not an active point or a check-in. It is a proof mechanism for the real business closed loop: who introduced what resources, which link was advanced, what results were produced, and whether the evidence has been reviewed. Only a verified closed loop can enter the value layer.
Level 4: Settlement and ValueThe results of PoB verification enter the settlement layer to form traceable value attribution and distribution. This solves one of the oldest problems in Web3 - "Who should get how much" no longer relies on negotiation and relationships, but on system recording.
minimum closed loop path
The four-tier architecture works like this in a specific Deal:
Nodes introduce projects/resources → Deals are entered in a structured manner → Tasks are assigned to people and agents → Execution process output logs and results → Evidence is submitted to Proof Desk → PoB records are formed after approval → Enter the settlement layer for attribution and distribution
The key to this path is that the smallest verifiable unit of WCN is not a post, a group chat, or a superficial activity indicator, but a verified business closed loop.
Why unified workflow is key
Solving attribution issuesAfter the traditional Web3 Deal ends, who recommends, who promotes, and who delivers all depends on verbal assertions. WCN automatically records the contribution chain of each role in the process.
Unlocking the true value of AIAgent is no longer a standalone SaaS tool. It performs tasks within a unified system, and the output directly enters the Proof chain, and is attributed after being reviewed by humans. This is how AI truly enters the business closed loop.
Eliminate information asymmetryAll participants see the same set of data, the same progress, and the same evidence. No more gray areas like "I thought you did it" or "He said he recommended it."
Create a compounding network effectEvery verified closed loop is recorded as a system record. The longer the time, the clearer the node reputation, the more accurate the matching, and the harder it is for the system to be replaced - this is something that single-point tools cannot achieve.
WCN is not a new platform, but a new business organization method - it allows Web3's cross-border, multi-party, and multi-link collaboration to have a complete infrastructure for the first time, from resource entry to value settlement, end-to-end within the same system.
