Privacy Notice

This is an interim notice. It states our actual current data practices without embellishment. A formal policy is under review by counsel as part of WCN's Swiss entity formation (gate L-01) and will replace this page.

What we collect

Only what you submit: application and contact form fields (name, contact details, professional background, the scope you describe), account sign-in identifiers if you create an account, and basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) generated by operating the site securely.

Why we collect it

To review applications and inquiries, to operate the reviewed-admission workflow, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing without your consent. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Where it lives and who sees it

Submissions are stored in our application database, hosted with our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to WCN's founder and the reviewed operating workflow. Public pages never display applicant data; WCN's publication boundary keeps clients, amounts, contracts, wallets, and KYC material private by design.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions for as long as a review is open or a relationship is active, plus any legally required minimum. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form; deletion requests are honored unless a legal obligation requires retention.

Jurisdiction note

WCN Foundation is in formation in Switzerland; until registration completes, data is handled by Web3 Capital as founding sponsor. Phase 1–2 is not open to US Persons. This notice will be reissued under the registered entity with counsel-reviewed terms.
