Chapter 15 · Resource Center
The resource center is a formal indexing layer, not an attachment warehouse.
This chapter summarizes the core document types available to the outside world in WCN (Web3 Capital Network): in-depth discussion (white paper), very short touch (One-Pager), meeting narrative (Pitch Deck), high-frequency question and answer (FAQ), and legal and risk boundaries. Any external communications should prioritize the division of labor defined in this chapter to avoid mismatched expectations for the same material.

15.1 White PaperWCN is the most complete and systematic entrance to formal discussion - problem judgment, system solution, architecture and roadmap.15.2 One-PagerCondensing the definition, problems, solutions and reasons for joining WCN into the shortest path.15.3 Pitch DeckIn the limited time, use the clearest structure to explain the opportunities and paths to key audiences.15.4 FAQExplain the points that are most likely to be misunderstood clearly in advance to reduce communication friction.15.5 Legal and Risk StatementBe clear about what is just instructions, what does not constitute a commitment, and what is subject to compliance boundaries.
The five materials have a clear division of labor: the white paper is responsible for citing the system truth, the One-Pager and Deck are responsible for time and attention economics, the FAQ is responsible for reducing the cost of repeated explanations, and the legal statement is responsible for separating "explanation" from "commitment".
The resource center's responsibility is to establish a long-term referenceable expression layer; specific downloadable files are distributed through controlled channels by operations or legal affairs, and Wiki pages describe their content and purpose.
