This statement applies to general materials published by Web3 Capital Network (WCN) through the wiki, whitepaper, One-Pager, Pitch Deck, and other official channels. It draws a clear line between information and education on one side, and an offer, investment advice, or legal opinion on the other. The line protects both the project and the reader.
