Terms of Use

Interim terms, stated plainly. A counsel-reviewed version will replace this page as part of WCN's Swiss entity formation (gate L-01).

1 · What this site is

wcn.network is an informational and application surface for WCN, an evidence-first business network. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, investment advice, legal advice, a token sale, a mining-node sale, or a promise of returns. Node admission and any business or value flow require review and applicable-jurisdiction compliance checks. Phase 1–2 is not open to US Persons.

2 · Applications and accounts

Submitting an application does not create membership, a seat, or any economic right. Admission is decided only through WCN's review process. You agree to provide accurate information; accounts created with false identity or on behalf of undisclosed third parties may be closed.

3 · Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach the publication boundary (private evidence, client data, KYC material), probe or disrupt the service, scrape personal data, or misrepresent WCN content. Public documents may be read and cited with attribution; they may not be altered and republished as WCN's.

4 · Content and liability

Site content is provided as-is, on an evidence-first basis: claims are sourced or marked as pending, and operational maturity is disclosed honestly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCN and Web3 Capital accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of this site's public content. Forward-looking statements are plans, not promises.

5 · Entity and governing framework

WCN Foundation is in formation in Switzerland; until registration completes, this site is operated by Web3 Capital as founding sponsor. The governing law and dispute forum will be fixed in the counsel-reviewed terms issued under the registered entity. Questions in the meantime: the contact form.
