5.4 Execution and service layer

Key bridges from connect to delivery: Legal, Audit, Development, Growth and Agent turn deals into results.

5.4 · Execution and service layer

L3 · Execution and service layer—the layer that actually gets things done.

Projects and capital are just the beginning. In Web3, a large number of deals die in the “connected but no one does anything” stage - lawyers are introduced but no one follows up, audits are agreed but not scheduled, and cooperation is agreed but there is no owner. The execution and service layer solves this problem: turning connections into tasks and tasks into results.

Structural issues with current Web3 services

fragmentationFind one for legal affairs, one for audit, one for market making, and one for growth. Each company communicates independently and there is no unified coordination interface. A project team may manage 8 Telegram groups and 5 Google Docs at the same time.
No standard deliveryThe service provider says "it's done", but there is no standardized delivery confirmation mechanism. The quality of audit reports varied, the coverage of legal opinions was unclear, and the effects of growth services were not attributed.
No billing attributionService fees are typically upfront or milestone payments that are not tied to final business results. Market makers took fees but liquidity did not improve, and the growth team took fees but users did not grow - there was no system to bind services and results.
No path to scaleA good FA, lawyer, auditor's time is limited. Their methodologies cannot be replicated, resulting in service capabilities being limited by individual production capacity.

How WCN's execution and service layers work

Service registration
Service node entry capabilities: legal affairs (contract/structure/compliance), auditing (smart contract/finance), security, brand, growth, development, research, etc. The capability enters the Service Registry and can be called by Deal.
Task assignment
When a Deal requires service, the system matches the appropriate service node from the Service Registry. Each Task has a clear owner, scope, deadline and acceptance criteria.
Execution advancement
Human service nodes and Agents advance collaboratively. Agents are responsible for information sorting, reminders, minutes and status tracking, while humans are responsible for judgment, delivery and signature.
Delivery and evidence
After the service is completed, the deliverables enter the Evidence Packet - legal opinions, audit reports, delivery memo, SOW confirmation, etc. Delivery quality is reviewed by Reviewers.

Participants at this level

Legal / ComplianceSAFE/SAFT structure review, Token legal advice, entity establishment, regulatory consulting, investor KYC/AML. In Web3, legal affairs are the link that most affects the speed of deal - a legal opinion may block the entire financing for 2 weeks.
Audit/SecuritySmart contract audit, financial audit, security assessment, penetration testing. High-quality auditing is a prerequisite for projects to obtain investment and be listed on the stock exchange.
development/researchTechnology development, architecture review, research reports, competitive product analysis, and Token economic design. Research Agent can cover 80% of information organization work.
Growth / BDBrand strategy, content creation, community building, KOL cooperation, user acquisition. Growth Agent can standardize distribution processes and attribution tracking.

Agent's role in the execution layer

Research AgentProject summary, competitive product analysis, risk marking, and market data compilation. Compress the analyst's 3 days of work into 30 minutes, and adopt it after human review.
Execution AgentAutomatic generation of minutes, to-do tracking, reminders, material collection, and status updates. Eliminate 30-40% of coordination time in Deal.
Agent does not replace the professional judgment of service nodes, but amplifies their production capacity - allowing the methodology of an excellent lawyer to serve 10 Deals instead of 3.

The execution and service layer is located after capital and before distribution. It is the key bridge that most directly determines "whether the deal can be completed." Without this layer, WCN is just a premium version of the introductory platform.
