One Country Partner per country: exclusive coordination, priced by market tier, and 5–10% of that country's protocol-layer revenue.
Updated
6.5 · Country Partner
One country, one partner. Exclusive coordination, priced by market, with a share of that country's protocol revenue.
The Country Partner is the partner tier that holds a single sovereign market. WCN admits one Country Partner per country, with exclusive coordination of that market. The price runs USD 50,000 to 500,000 by market tier, and the seat earns 5–10% of that country's protocol-layer revenue.

What the Country Partner holds
A Country Partner is the partner-tier seat for one sovereign market. The network admits one per country, so the role is exclusive: a single accountable partner coordinates the country's node subgraph — its City Partners, its Track Partners, its service and standard nodes — into the global network.
The seat earns 5–10% of that country's protocol-layer revenue. The price runs from USD 50,000 to 500,000, set by the country pricing schedule in 6.3. The tier cap across all countries is 50 to 65 seats.
Exclusive coordinationOne partner per country reduces order collisions, repeated diligence, and overdrawn relationships inside the market.
Protocol-layer revenue shareThe seat earns 5–10% of that country's protocol-layer revenue, bound to the partner contract.
Subgraph coordinationThe Country Partner connects local City and Track Partners and sets the cadence of local deal flow and review.
Priced by marketThe seat price runs USD 50,000–500,000, set by the country's tier in the pricing schedule.
What a Country Partner buys is not the market itself. It is the exclusive, accountable role of coordinating one country's network, with rights and duties bound to one partner-tier NFT.
What the role covers
Resource coordinationThe partner brings the country's active capital, projects, services, and distribution into one collaboration map, with preferences and conflicts marked.
Deal coordinationIt handles multiple paths to the same counterparty and competing approaches to the same project, and maintains protection lists.
Local subgraphIt connects City Partners and Track Partners within the country and sets the review cadence for the market.
External windowIt serves as WCN's priority point of contact in the country, within the authority the partner tier defines.
Boundaries
Not an unlimited agentA Country Partner cannot commit WCN or other partners beyond the authority the tier defines; external statements stay within that scope.
Exclusivity carries dutiesExclusive coordination binds to resource introduction, advancement, and evidence submission, not to a one-time naming fee.
Not a rented titleThe value comes from coordinated loops and verified outcomes on the Proof ledger, not from the standing of the seat alone.
Governed and accountableThe partner contract binds rights to compliance, conflict disclosure, and review across the three ledgers.
In some markets a Country Partner may sit alongside a licensed entity: WCN provides the protocol and routing, and the local licensed party provides the compliance shell. The design separates the partner role from the regulated legal entity, so the title is not read as a regulatory endorsement.
