6.6 City Partner

One City Partner per city: the partner tier that owns local deal flow and turns protocol-layer collaboration into local activity.

Updated
6.6 · City Partner

One city, one partner. The City Partner owns local deal flow.

The City Partner is the partner tier closest to the ground. WCN admits one City Partner per city, with 150–300 seats across the network at USD 20,000 to 100,000 each. The seat owns local deal flow — the roadshows, founder meetings, and partner introductions that turn protocol-layer collaboration into local activity.

What the City Partner holds

A City Partner is the partner-tier seat for one city. The network admits one per city, so the role is exclusive at the city level. Where the Country Partner coordinates a whole market, the City Partner owns local deal flow: it sources opportunities, runs local activity, and connects local capital and services on the ground.

The tier holds 150 to 300 seats across the network. The price runs from USD 20,000 to 100,000. As a partner tier, the seat binds rights to the same duties — resource introduction, business advancement, evidence submission, and compliance.

Owns local deal flowThe partner sources and advances opportunities in its city, the work that turns protocol collaboration into local activity.
Exclusive at the cityOne City Partner per city gives the market a single accountable owner for local sourcing and execution.
Local executionRoadshows, founder meetings, partner introductions, and review sessions run in the city rather than over remote calls alone.
Bound to one NFTRights and duties travel with the credential on ERC-721 plus ERC-6551, with the partner's account and record.
Without City Partners the network would stall in cross-border calls and group email. The Proof ledger would also lose the local evidence — minutes, attendance, signing records — that supports settlement and review.

What the role covers

Resource discoveryThe partner sources local accelerators, family-office circles, university labs, and policy windows in its city.
Local executionIt runs signing meetings, diligence visits, and launch sessions, and breaks the work into tasks with named owners.
Replicable playbookIt applies a standard local model — an activity package, a recommended-provider list, a local media list — in a new city.
Evidence inputAttendance records, signing records, and minutes enter the evidence chain to support later settlement and review.

A City Partner seat is sustainable only while it is tied to verified local outcomes. Its value lies in relationship radius and immediate response, not in the listing itself. The Proof ledger records what the city actually closed.
