Use the right fields to reach the right queue, and cut the back-and-forth.
Every external lead enters the same structured portal for sorting, compliance traces, and a matched response. This page lists the official channels and how each participant type should mark the form.
Official channels
Trust only the public pages and wiki on wcn.network. Policy and process follow the site and official correspondence. Submit every node and cooperation lead through wcn.network/apply; scattered direct messages are not the channel of record.
In the form, give a reachable email, Telegram, or WeChat, consistent with your organization name and role, so the team can run due diligence and reply. If an existing node or partner referred you, name the referrer and the relationship in Why WCN or the notes field for conflict checks and priority sorting.
Node seat intentPick the Node type for capital, projects, or services. In Resources and Looking for, record what you deliver and the seat role you seek.
Institutional cooperationMark the cooperation nature — strategic, service, or regional — in Role or Node type. Put capability and need in the two long fields.
Project financing needEnter the project or holding entity as the organization. Put traction in Resources, and round, amount range, and window in Looking for.
Media and distributionState your audience, compliance boundaries, and pricing or volume model. Add links to representative work where available.
What to expect after you submit
Delivery confirmed
The success page returns a reference ID. Save the screenshot or email for your record.
Sorting and pre-screening
The business side queues your lead by type. If materials are incomplete, it may follow up through the contact you left.
In-depth conversation
On a fit, the team schedules a call to align mandate, compliance, and the next pilot or seat step.
No fit or hold
You may receive a courteous explanation or a request for more materials. This does not bar a future application.
To move faster, use an institutional email or a real-name account, and avoid handles that cannot be verified. Chinese and English are both accepted; keep one submission in one language to aid sorting.
The contact page turns reading into a trackable next step. Always enter through the official Apply at wcn.network to open an auditable, peer-to-peer record between WCN and your organization.
