05B01 Exhibition booth DONE
The booth is the brand at architectural scale — a modular wall system that reads from across a hall and resolves into detail up close. Reusable, flat-packed, and unmistakably WCN.

B01.1 · WALL SYSTEM
Modular, on a grid.
The back wall is built from 1 m fabric panels on an aluminium frame, sized in 3 m increments. The grid keeps headlines, mark and openings aligned at any booth size.

B01.2 · THE MARK AT SCALE
Big, with room to breathe.
One supergraphic mark anchors the wall, sized to at least a third of its height with full clear-space. At distance it is the only thing that needs to read.

B01.3 · MATERIALS & LIGHT
Matte, and lit well.
Fabric prints stay matte so stage lighting never blows out the mark. Warm-white wash from above; no coloured gels that shift the vermilion.

B01.4 · COUNTER & FLOW
A place to land.
A front counter carries the mark at human height and gives visitors somewhere to stop. Keep the approach open — one clear entry, no clutter on the floor.

DON'T
×
Don't tile the mark — One supergraphic, not a wallpaper of logos.
×
Don't gloss the panels — Matte fabric — lighting-safe.
×
Don't gel the lights — Coloured light shifts the vermilion.
×
Don't block the entry — Keep one open, obvious approach.
“From across the hall, the booth is one mark. Up close, it is every detail.”
05B02 Stage backdrop DONE
The stage backdrop sits behind every photo that leaves the event. It has to frame a speaker, survive a camera, and keep a clean safe area for lower-thirds and screens.

B02.1 · RATIOS & SAFE AREA
One art, many widths.
The backdrop is designed at 16:9 and extended for ultrawide LED. A central safe area keeps the mark clear of speakers, screens and lower-thirds in every crop.

B02.2 · LOWER-THIRD
Names, kept clear.
The lower third stays calm so broadcast name bars read cleanly. No mark, no texture in that band — just the ink ground.

B02.3 · MARK PLACEMENT
Present, not crowding.
On a single screen the mark centres above the speaker; on wide LED it moves to the upper corners, repeated at most twice. Never directly behind a head.

B02.4 · SCREEN BUILD
Made for LED.
Artwork is supplied at panel resolution for the pitch in use, in RGB, with the vermilion checked on the actual wall — LED shifts warm colours more than print.

DON'T
×
Don't fill the lower third — Leave it clear for name bars.
×
Don't centre the mark on a head — Offset it from the speaker.
×
Don't trust print colour on LED — Check vermilion on the wall.
×
Don't add texture behind text — Keep screens legible.
“The backdrop’s real job is every photo taken in front of it.”
05B03 Lanyard & badge DONE
For two days, the badge is the brand worn on every chest in the room. The webbing carries the mark; the card carries the name — large enough to read across a handshake.

DON'T
×
Don't shrink the name — It must read across a handshake.
×
Don't print agendas on front — Keep the face clean — details on the back.
×
Don't recolour the mark — Role colour is the edge bar, not the W³.
×
Don't skip the breakaway — Safety clip is standard.
“The badge has one job: make the name easy to read and the brand easy to trust.”
05B04 Banners WIP

05B05 Signage WIP
Event signage is the brand being useful — getting people to the right room without thinking about it. A consistent arrow set, a directional grid, and just enough mark to stay WCN.

B05.2 · ARROWS & ICONS

DON'T
×
Don't oversize the mark — Destination is the hero, not the W³.
×
Don't mix arrow styles — One arrow, rotated — never clip-art.
×
Don't break the grid — Stacked directions must align.
×
Don't use low contrast — Paper on ink reads in a crowd.
“Good signage is invisible — people just arrive where they meant to.”
Near complete
Events are show-ready.
