RECITALS. WHEREAS the Foundation operates the Web3 Capital Network protocol and admits qualified parties as Founding Nodes; and WHEREAS the Node wishes to be admitted on the terms herein; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows.
1.1“Founding Node” means a party admitted under this Agreement and holding a Founding Node credential.
1.2“PoB Credential” means a Proof-of-Business record sealed after three-ledger verification, as defined in the Protocol.
1.3“Council” means the Council of Founders constituted under the Foundation Charter.
2.1Admission is subject to completion of KYC/AML verification through the Foundation’s designated compliance channel.
2.2Upon admission, the Node receives the rights set out in the table below, commensurate with its credential tier.

3.1The Node shall comply with this Agreement and the WCN Node Code of Conduct.
3.2The Node shall cooperate with compliance requirements of its governing jurisdiction.
3.3The Node shall not act to the detriment of the Foundation or other members.
4.1This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland; disputes shall be referred to SIAC arbitration.
