Abstract

WCN is an evidence-first business network for the Web3 and AI economy. Real operators connect capital to execution; every outcome is backed by private evidence; only reviewed, anonymized summaries become public. The thesis is simple: a network is durable only when its public claims are smaller than its private proof.

The connective tissue.

Capital, work and trust in Web3 are abundant but incoherent — scattered across chains and chats, with no shared record of who actually delivered. WCN is the connective tissue: one reviewable chain from node to proof.

The logic is Node → Agent → Proof of Business. Accountable seats route real business; human and AI agents execute scoped, audited tasks; reviewed outcomes earn a place in the public record as summaries only.
